azureDataLake functions don't work

I installed the latest github version - SHA1 (81e64b49). There are no azureDataLake functions in the package. You can access the various actions via adls but it's lower level.

@atroiano Did you come up with a work around? I'm experiencing the same problem.

I ended up moving my pipeline to Databricks and bypassing the whole azureSMR function completely.
