Hi there, would it be possible to update the license file? Currently it has a copyright with no description of allowed usage. ~Thanks

Hi, I'd like to bump this issue.

As currently configured there is code on the internet, but we potential users have no license to download or install that code in our R environment without technically violating Microsoft's copyright. If this project was meant to be released under the Shared Source Initiative, could someone of authority please indicate what license it's available under?
