Suggest adding UTM codes for tracking

Recommend adding capability to associate/assign UTM codes to a shortened URL. This may also be an alternative to the 'Multiple Redirects...' enhancement request ( #4 ) made by @surlydev. This is how most other shortners and track campaigns, etc.
