Base36 Offensive Words

The current encoding for the generated IDs is going to create every offensive 3 letter word after 46,655 items are created. Offensive 4 letter words would take longer.

Reducing the character range by removing vowels, 1, and 0 (numbers that look like vowels) would give base 28.
