Expected behavior

No parsing error.

We observe some errors:

After debugging, it occurs when Azure server returns an error HTTP 503.

To Reproduce

It occurs regulary on https://westeurope.livediagnostics.monitor.azure.com No issue on https://centralus.livediagnostics.monitor.azure.com

I can confim this. Also happens for us in the following setup

SDK Version: Java agent 3.7.6 OS type and version: eclipse-temurin:25 Application Server type and version (if applicable): Spring Boot 3.5.7 Using spring-boot? Yes

We are also using the https://westeurope.livediagnostics.monitor.azure.com endpoint

Referring to https://github.com/microsoft/ApplicationInsights-Java/issues/4079 We are using the full connection string with "InstrumentationKey=;IngestionEndpoint=<ingestionEndpoint>;LiveEndpoint=<liveEndpoint>;ApplicationId=<appId>"
