Distance sensor mistake in ros range

What's the issue you encountered?

I tried to do visualization of distance sensor in ros but never got any result, through rostopic I found out that the max range and min range of the distance sensor are the same, which is a bug.

What's better than filing an issue? Filing a pull request :).
