Discourage user to use latest release in production

Dev follows the instruction and use latest release to product but run into issue because latest release pointed to 2.11.2 for unknown reason and caused trouble. Not able to identify the root cause but we should discourage user to directly use it in production.

Hi @licanhua. Thanks for helping make the AdaptiveCards JS renderer + tooling better. As additional verification, once the JS build succeeds, please go to the test site to test out your website/designer changes.
