[Designer] Ability to save

I've ran into it a couple of times now, I accidentally click on a bookmark in my bookmarks bar and my adaptive card disappears and goes back to the default card when I return. I've been trying to remember to grab the card payload editor text and paste it into VS Code every once in a while so that I don't lose my changes.
