[Feature] Include Diagnostic Configuration

It would be greatly appreciated if the service inventory will pull the Diagnostic Configuration for a given service, and the Azure Subscription (export configuration).

Maybe as a default it is a flagged column that says "enabled", then parameter is used on the command to get more granular of the configuration itself (e.g. destination is LAW, EventHub, Storage Account and then also All Logs is enabled or All Metrics and a few log options).
