Unable to debug install or upgrade codeunits in version 16.0.1826476

1. Describe the bug With the latest version, 16.0.1826476, it is no longer possible to debug an install or upgrade codeunit. The key combinations F5 and Ctrl+F5 no longer work for debugging them.

Is this a bug, or has the debugging procedure changed?

2. To Reproduce Press Ctrl+F5 then F5 with an attach setup.

3. Expected behavior The client opens and it stops in the firts breakpoint of the installation/upgrade codeunit. With version 15.01433841 works fine

4. Actual behavior Nothing happens
