PPPreview - Build tools does not support special characters in environment name

The UpdateupdateEnvironmentAndCompany.ps1 script uses get and set content without encoding.

This means that any environment name that has special characters will not be correctly read and written.

The workaround is to avoid special charecters in environment names or to manually update the connection value in the affected flow or PowerApp
