Issue with using Azure Open AI with courses

Not sure if I've missed something, but after setting up an aoai service and creating a model for gpt-35-turbo, I get an error about how the chatCompletion functionality does not exist for this model. I can't even deploy any of the other models because of a quota issue so I'm stuck in how I can actually do anything with aoai with the course work.
