Add graalvm metadata to the https://github.com/oracle/graalvm-reachability-metadata

Issue description

Currently, there are graalvm metadata for some modules in micronaut-sql. It would be good to add them to https://github.com/oracle/graalvm-reachability-metadata and once published there, then remove it from micronaut-sql. Currently, these modules have graalvm metadata

  • jdbc-dbcp (done in https://github.com/oracle/graalvm-reachability-metadata/pull/520 but need to get it propagated by the NBT plugin)
  • jdbc-tomcat (since PR https://github.com/micronaut-projects/micronaut-sql/pull/1391)
