Enabling the parsing of files with http://earth.google.com/kml/2.2 namespace

This namepace is still being used 'in the wild' although it's not really correct because 2.2 was moved from Google to http://www.opengis.net/kml/2.2. This issue is also discussed here: https://code.google.com/p/javaapiforkml/issues/detail?id=12

AFAIK there is no other (simple) way around if you need to import files with such a namespace, that's why I created this patch.
