This project needs reviving

Need to figure out a plan for the project, and implement some much-needed improvements like

• Update pdfjs / fix pdf bug
• Update all dependencies
• Rewrite database code to not use so much memory so that the project can use a lower cost server
  • This ideally should involve moving all the pdf blobs off mongodb and onto something like S3

Also need to update with latest papers

I'm not saying I will do it, just laying out what is needed to get this project up-to-date
