Ignore login prompts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A game asks for Google login on each start. But I NEVER want to login so it is just annoying to get asked over and over again.

Describe the solution you'd like

Have an option in microg like ignore login prompts. When enabled, this should just ignore any login requests from apps and automatically cancel them.

Nice extra: Maybe show a short toast message only informing the user that a login request of the app was ignored. Would be best if this is also configurable.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Tapping on cancel every time a login prompt is shown.
