Games: Added game account management

Enter the game account management page through Google Account Page -> Menu <Game Account Managed>. New features:

1. Controlling automatic registration of Play Games Account.
2. Controlling the reporting of game played status.
3. Change the default account for game login.
4. Delete game data and Play Games Account.
5. Prompt the currently logged in Play Games Account.
