TL;DR: It does not require signature spoofing, but works only for a very small set of apps specifically developed with microG in mind. I.e. it is useless for most users.

Or alternatively you can also patch official apps to use it but it is only for advanced users. I have never tried it.

This is exactly the thing that cause us problems, it sometime interfere with the official microG. If Revanced could drop their own ReVanced GmsCore and use the official user microG it would save us a lot of problems.

i use revanced youtube module for magisk/ksu it works perfect with microg and supports updating
