Supports performance on Huawei devices with EMUI 12 version

Open stavorsky opened this issue 1 year ago • 8 comments

I know that microg works on Huawei with Emui 13.1, in particular P60 Pro, but the question arises is it possible to implement the program's performance on firmware versions lower than 13.1? Devices such as P40 Pro, P50 Pro, Mate 40 Pro, Mate 50 Pro are also popular for the global market. Now I use MicroG to work with push notifications, which works in principle, but unfortunately the main functionality (authorization in Google applications) is not available to "old devices" from Huawei

I have the same request - microg does not work on the Emui 12 software. I only use microg for notifications in the current version - other options do not work.

This is not something that Marvin, the developer of microg, can do.

This is about HUAWEI enabling spoofing on the devices you mentioned.

2-3 days before the April Security update HUAWEI enabled spoofing for MatePad Air, so now MPad Air users can fully use microg.

But for other "older" devices we have to wait for HUAWEI

Until HUAWEI enables spoofing, there is no way microg can be fully used for us.

@Erick-7u7 Just read the message above yours, the only solution is to beg HUAWEI.

@ale5000-git
I already read it but you tell me that it cannot be installed from the spoofing root, I already tried it with another application that Microg recommended but neither, I think it's just waiting for a new method to come out or the emui14 update to arrive.

still thanks for your help

If you have root you can install Magisk and then use a module that enable signature spoofing.
