As just pointed lineageos for microg is not related to microg. Also, as a user of LOS4microg, I would inform you that the project have only ONE server with limited power, so on the server will be realesed upgrade 1 time on every month. Also for my smartphone (but maybe your also) can be bugs on complilation that kill the process, with the result of loss of one month. LineageOS on the contrary have big structure, with more server and release upgrades 2 time per month but without microg patch. The choice is yours. (Also you can give money to the LOS4microg mantainer)
