Can't download GmsCore (F-Droid repo)

Describe the bug

Running F-Droid 1.15.2 with the microG F-Droid repository added and enabled (yes, I tried deleting it and adding it again).

To Reproduce

1. Find microG Services Core app in F-Droid.
2. Press the install button.
3. Get an error message ("Not installed") it the bottom of the screen.

Expected behavior

I expect F-Droid to download and install microG Services Core

System

Android Version: 10 Custom ROM: crDroid 6.13

Additional context

It appears that the apk doesn't exist on the server.

The log file (attached below) includes:

io.ktor.client.plugins.RedirectResponseException: Unhandled redirect: HEAD https://microg.org/fdroid/repo/com.google.android.gms-214816048.apk. Status: 302 . Text: ""

Attempts to obtain the file with wget produce a 404 error.

I received the same or similar issue and brought this to F-Droid developers attention here, as the redirects work with at least wget.
