hey @microdee.can you provide some documentation on how to use it.Will the loading of Html code will be faster than the webui plugin in ue4.

Hi! This plugin is in a very early stage of development yet as you could read and see from the README.md. It's not at all yet feature complete (eg. Javascript interop is still missing which would also be the basis of other features). It's already suitable for simple in-app browser as you can see from the test project (UraniumDeposit) but until it gets more mature I'm afraid that test project is the only source of information regarding how to work with this.

As for loading time: well I cannot tell for sure if it's faster or the same, but Uranium is working with a much newer version of chromium (85.0.4183.121), which is not the newest out there but unfortunately it's the only version where shared texture OSR is working.
