[Question] Set y-Axis range regardless of entries

Hello,

I might be missing something but, I want to be able to display the y-axis on a line chart to a specific value, i.e. 100, when the entries within the chart do not reach 100, if that makes sense.

I set the chart's MaxValue to 100 but that didn't work (I think that's more of a cap on the value rather than how much to 'stretch' the y-axis).

I'm open to someone making a pull request, that's pretty much where this project is at, I'm slowly moving away from xamarin so I'm more here to keep things moving in terms of cutting a release, I'm hoping to see people jump in and contribute to the project.
