Submission Portal- soil template -horizon

The slot 'horizon' & 'horizon method' are commented out of the Biosample class slots list in nmdc.yaml. Why?

Both still appear on the submission portal.

horizon is also commented out in mixs.yaml?

Resolution:

• [x] Determine why horizon & horizon method are commented out in nmdc.yaml or mixs.yaml (Mark & Montana)
• [ ] Update slot usage and information (Montana)
• [ ] Ensure submission portal is consistent with NMDC schema (Mark / Kitware)
