NMDC Capture of Alternate and Related Identifiers

NMDC wants to provide and capture external / alternate and related identifiers to provide to users.

Alternate identifiers = an identifier for the EXACT same thing Related identifiers = an identifier for something similar, but not identical

Some identifiers get specific slots, some do not. This guidance has been vague and unclear Below is a collection of issues that have been made for working through all these identifiers.
