Integrate new multiomic chapters in the book view

This issue is already handled with PR https://github.com/microbiome/OMA/pull/433/files --> the pages will be added. I checked locally that they seemed to be ok.

However, the multiomics chapters need to be still updated so that they use TreeSE. See more detailed info from the PR https://github.com/microbiome/OMA/pull/394

@YihanLiu4023 would you have a chance to update your contributed multiomics chapters to support TreeSE/MAE data structures (the core of OMA)?
