Include example on phILR transformation

We have used this recently in e.g. Ruuskanen et al.. Cite the original phILR paper and this one at least for references.

Complements CLR transformation, and utilizes phylotree.

Bioconductor devel version for philr package is now supporting TreeSE.

  • Add/update philr example/s in OMA. The philr vignette includes an example that could be used.
  • Consider adding wrapper for philr in mia or a specific package (see mia [issue 103].(https://github.com/microbiome/mia/issues/103) and PR 197 )
