Tall characters get cut off when marquees scroll, but not before
I'm QA-ing and I caught this. I doubt there's any real errors or even issues this creates, but I found it so I'm documenting it

Characters that are too tall for the marquee get cut off when they're scrolling, but not before the animation starts I do not know if there are any characters that are realistically going to be used that wouldn't fit (I just used this "glitch text generator" to get these)
I think I would like to see a case where a real character causes this issue before I try to solve it
Adding needs user input tag, please respond with characters that cause this issue so I can copy+paste them for testing
I'm actually removing this from the project board, if we don't get input on this one I don't want it to just be juggled for multiple goalposts
