Point user to docs if unable to connect

The app should point the user to the correct docs (blog post?) on how to get logs or hit the updater directly if it is unable to connect to the main API.

This should be fairly easy, set some sort of timer on the connecting page or add an obviously clickable link to the disconnected icon
