Settings Enhancements

There are some open issues on stream management and input control:

• [x] Settings - Zones: zones would have the 'name' and 'disabled' properties
• [x] Settings - Groups: groups would have the 'name' and '[zones]' properties
• [ ] Streams/groups - when the list on the left gets very long, it should be "scroll-locked"
