Can't able to install micro ros arduino library in Jetson Orin Nx

Hardware description: Jetson Orin Nx, Arduino Due

I have downloaded Arduino IDE for arm64, which supports Jetson Orin, and I've installed Micro ROS on my Jetson. However, I'm unable to complete the Micro ROS Arduino library. I'm stuck at the SAM patch file. I downloaded the arm64-supported board manager, but I couldn't find the SAM folder for the respective board manager.
