Organizing the Featured images on Upload folder

It might be a good idea to use folder structure for featured images: /Uploads/blog-images/ for example. Or even based on the year/month (/Uploads/blog-images/2015/03/). It can get a bit messy, if all the images are uploaded in the Uploads folder among the whole site images.
