Can't access pdfs in group libraries

Zoo works perfectly for my main library, connecting to nextcloud via WebDAV. But whenever I try to download a PDF from a group library I get the message:

Error getting attachment The file does not exist on the zotero server

Is zoo looking for the group files on my personal server? Is there a way to tell if to look for group files on the zotero server?
