Fixing French in the min file and adding learn more text to all lanuages.

I fixed the French in the min.js file (using the French from the languages.json file). I also added a variable for the learn more about toolbox text as it was previously just in English. Please feel free to correct my translations for the learn more text in Hebrew and Russian as I don't speak those languages, so I did a "better than nothing" translation with deepl. I also adjusted the height of the buttons up to 95 pixels from 80. I found 80 made the French conflict with the icons. Thanks for creating this project, it helped a lot when we wanted to create our own. These changes were made in collaboration with Brilliant Labs.
