[Bug] Mending Enchantment/Mana Repair not working.

Observed behaviour

The mending enchantment doesn't do anything when on a Tetra tool/weapon. I'm not sure if it's related but the mana repair from using manasteel/terrasteel/etc. from Botania isn't work either.

Expected behaviour

Mending: Use xp to repair tools/weapons

Mana Repair: Use mana from mana tablet to repair items

Steps to reproduce

Mending: 1: Add mending to tool/weapon in the workbench. 2: Use said tool/weapon. 3: Make sure you have levels. 4: Go repair the tool/weapon in the workbench because mending didn't work.

Mana Repair: 1: Make tool/weapon from manasteel/terrasteel/etc. 2: Use said tool/weapon. 3: Make sure you have mana in your mana tablet. 4: Go repair the tool/weapon in the workbench because mana repair didn't work

Same thing for 1.16.5. I am playing Enigmatica 6 Expert and I am also seeing this behavior. Version 1.16.5-3.20.0
