catver.ini VerAdded not imported

It appears that the VerAdded field present in the catver.ini file isn't being impoorted when generating a romlist. For example, their is on VerAdded data in the generated romlists\mame.txt

I'm unsure if this is by design, but it would be useful to include so that a filter could be created that uses the mame version that a game was added. For example, to allow the creation of a "recently added games": filter.
