[bug] Deleted Folders showing up in the view

Description of the bug

The folders which are deleted should not show up and also for deleting a folder a check where user writes the folder name again is a bit of an overkill a prompt instead would be great.

Step by step instructions to reproduce the bug

Delete folders via python code then have a look at the interface

Observed behavior

Zombi folders exist

Expected behavior

Once deleted no trace in the UI please
