Video fullscreen button placement

When previewing a video file, the fullscreen button is present top right, not on the video player.

I had to look for the button, normal users will probably not find it. Once you click it, you can't exit fullscreen without pressing escape, there is no button.

Expected behavior

Fullscreen button is present on the video player, like on native browser one, and pretty much everywhere else.
