Update index after moving media

I renamed some media through the plug-in but it didn't updated the searchindex, so when using the search feature from DokuWiki it still shows the string that I renamed. It would be great if the plug-in updated the index from the page when updating the filename at it's content to reflect the changes at the searchindex too.

This may be an issue with your DokuWiki installation or configuration as I have not experienced this issue. When I search for the page after renaming, it reflects the correct new location.
