Tree-based move looks strange with some templates

Some templates do not seem to include styles for the default index view. This means that the tree-based move manager might look very bad and in particular there might be no way to distinguish pages and media files (see screenshot in second comment of #96). Maybe there is even a problem that the styles that are included in the move plugin are not applied because of different structure of the HTML code? That screenshot at least looks really strange.

Feel free to provide explicit examples of such templates (preferably including a screenshot).

It probably makes sense to add a few more styles ourself. Especially the difference between namespaces and pages could be more clear even in the default template.
