Update to Twitch API v5

Documentation does not exist yet (https://github.com/justintv/Twitch-API/issues/639) But here is a blog post about the changes: https://blog.twitch.tv/action-required-twitch-api-version-update-f3a21e6c3410

The v3 will still work until February 14, 2018.

I currently do not have time to implement v5 for free. But if someone else has the time, feel free to create a PR.
