Switched to go modules for dependencies.

Closes #187

@da-edra Thanks for this. One thing to note is that I had to bump the ssh-agent version to 0.2.0 to get a successful build on windows using 1.14.2 on OSX 10.15.4 This is very welcome and was a long time coming. This is merged in at my fork. Please feel free to open new issues or pull requests against that.
