How to tenants for subdomains or custom domain in the production?

I found this library is working superbly in the development mode. but I am stuck in the production mode on my custom server. I don't know how can I add dynamically add subdomains or custom domains on my custom hosting server.

Should I change DNS settings? or add manually subdomains in my hosting panel? or how to point custom domain name? Please helpout...
