Cycle windows to the current monitor

This switches the window to the monitor on which you interacted with the dock.

Since this changes behaviour I think it should be a toggle but Settings.ui is 3000+ lines so I assume that is generated? and I couldn't find how I should update it. Feel free to close if this PR is not useful but it helped me get the behaviour I wanted.
