Preview Order is Static - Please add Option for Most-Recent

It looks like back with issue #858 you altered the behavior of Dash to Dock to preserve the order of previews. Instead of making this toggle-able, it is forced.

I am having an issue where if I'm doing research and have multiple browser windows, the new windows are stuck to the bottom of the list. Every time I click to view the browser windows I have to scroll to the very bottom of the list. Every single time. It is incredibly frustrating to use.

I can see the benefit of a static ordering when you maybe only have 2-4 windows or have a giant 4k monitor. However, when you don't fall into either of those cases the current behavior is an incredible detriment.
