Is there a way to block conky from hiding the Dash Dock?

When I have Conky loaded on my background, it auto-hides the Dash Dock and I can't figure out how to change that... is there a way built-in ; or, I think a good feature would be to be able to block any application from auto-hiding the Dash Dock.

Thank you guys - also, I'm using the... Dash-to-Dock for Gemini since I'm on GNOME 42.
