[Feature request]Can we have a window preview when mouse hover on running applications?

I saw there's a "Show open windows previews" option in "Launchers" but it's not working. When holding my mouse on a running application, it shows name tag instead.

It's possible... But not easy to achieve keeping the menu structure we've right now.

That option should show the previews in the right-click menu or enabling the previews-on-click when there are multiple windows opened.

I was about to ask for this also. I don't think it should be too hard because you basically just want to show the window previews popup you already made as a clicking option when there are multiple windows when you hover instead.

Is this something that may be worked on in the future? When looking in dconf I don't see a "hover" action and only "click" actions.
