MLA format: a first letter of each word in a title should be in upper case
Describe the bug: While citing an item of any genre/ book, journal, article etc. all the words in a title should start with a letter in upper case while as structured within the version 3.0.0-alpha.2 only a first word in a title is starting with a letter an upper case.
Which version of citeproc-java are you using? 1.0.1
Expected behavior MLA8 citation of any genre should have item's title with all the words starting with a letter in upper case, such as : Smith, Dan, et al. The Penguin Atlas of War and Peace. 4th ed., Penguin, 2003.
Actual behavior Instead only a first word in a title has a first letter capitalized: Smith, Dan, et al. The Penguin atlas of war and peace. 4th ed., Penguin, 2003.
