Animate Despite not Being Revealed

Expected Behavior

Aspect ratios vary across screens (Desktop, mobile, etc.). Typically, Desktop will reveal more objects on screen if you were to load a new page. I want to be able to have visible objects animate on new page refresh (such as home page), but since mobile may cutoff some of these visible objects, I do not want those non-visible objects to animate. In general, have objects animate whether they are on or off the screen.

Actual Behavior

Objects only animate on scroll when revealed.
