Special characters messed up when animating a certain container

• OS: Windows / Android
• Browser: Chrome / Firefox

Expected Behavior

Hi, can't figure out what's causing this: when I animate the Generateblocks container block in WordPress, all the special characters get messed up. It doesn’t happen if I animate a normal Gutenberg column or block or if I animate blocks with English (a language with no special characters).

What can cause this? (Please see the grey container closer to the bottom of the page.)
